  1. Apply for your Secure Sole Proprietor Certificate (this includes SPND registration).

  2. Get Listed – Upon approval, your details will appear in the SPND Database, hosted at Bizregister.

  3. Verify Instantly – Your business becomes searchable at Bizregister.

  4. Receive Your Certificate – A digital copy will be emailed to you for easy sharing.

Need to verify a sole proprietor?

  • Request their Secure Sole Proprietor Certificate directly from them.

  • Cross-check their details on the SPND Database, hosted at Bizregister.

  • If they’re not yet registered, refer them to soleproprietor.co.za to apply.
